Holiday Give Away for SHARK Fun Club Members!

1. The competition is not open to employees (and their families) of Shark AG, od Osotspa Co., Ltd., of any agent(s) of Osotspa Co., Ltd., or to anyone connected with the administration of the competition.

2. Entrants must reside in a country where Shark AG or its agents, or Osotspa Co., Ltd., or its agents, distribute beverage products under the trademark SHARK. Details can be found on www.sharkenergy.com

3. To be eligible to win a holiday for two people (subject to Terms and Conditions), all applicants must be aged 16 years or older and must have completed, in full, the registration form for SHARK FunClub membership. Should the winner be under the age of 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Shark AG will give away one holiday twice a year. The first winners shall be determined by lot under the supervision of a Notary Public on 25 August 2008.

4 The second winners shall be determined by lot under the supervision of a Notary Public on 15 December 2008 and having not previously won a Holiday Give-Away from Shark AG, will be eligible for entry.

5. A double or multiple registration by any member will not increase the chance of winning.

6. The prize is limited to one holiday per member.

7. The prize will be awarded to one of the SHARK FunClub members. The winner will be selected at random by lot under the supervision of a Notary Public from the SHARK FunClub members' list at Shark AG, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria-Europe. No cash alternative will be offered. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. The prize is a holiday for one person and a partner of his/her choice to travel to either Thailand, Cyprus, Tunisia or Latvia, at the choice of the winner. The holiday is for seven (7) nights and includes standard flights and accommodation and those of your friend.
SHARK throws in EUR 1.000,-spending money for food and incidentals.
The holiday must be taken within six months from the date of the determination of the winner.

9. The promoter is not responsible for lost entries. Entries received by post will not be processed.

10. The promoter is not responsible for any injuries sustained by prize winners or their travelling companions.

11. The winner will be notified by post within thirty (30) days of the determination date of the winner, and the name and address of the winner will further be quoted and published in the website www.sharkenergy.com within thirty (30) days of the determination date of the winner.

12. By entering this competition, and by accepting the prize, winners and their partners, consent to being photographed during the holiday and for those photographs to be added to the website www.sharkenergy.com and/or other promotional vehicles of Shark AG and/or those of its affiliates, associates, and trading partners. They also agree to allow a cameraperson to accompany them and allow the cameraperson to take pictures, which will remain the property of Shark AG.

This competition will be carried out under the laws of the Republic of Austria.
